“This is your life. Do what you love and do it often” – This claim always makes me wonder…

How is it that we need to be reminded about something that seems so obvious? Why wouldn’t you simply do things that you love?

Is it the lack of time, “other priorities” taking over your attention or a comfort zone that often has nothing to do with you being actually comfortable?

Letting go of exhaustion as a status symbol and productivity as a self-worth – will help you make the time for those things that matter to you most: dance, travel, music, cooking, photography, painting, reading, sport… you name it!

Or maybe you’re waiting for a permission? Then please don’t. This is your life and you matter more.

Cultivate more fun and rest in your life 🙂

Now, I’d love to hear from you.

  1. When was the last time you did something you truly love?
  2. And how do you motivate yourself to make the time for those things despite external demands on your attention?

I’m sure there are people who would benefit from your personal strategies. Share them in the comments below.

And if any of your friends works too hard and needs to be reminded of making the time for himself/herself – than thanks for sharing this post.

With love,

Lena
