Thursday evening in London can be amazingly busy. Last week, I was queuing for about 40 min at the conference venue to meet with some of the most successful entrepreneurs who were about to share “THIS ONE piece of advice”. Believe me, it was worth the wait!

I took notes of a few interesting remarks, but what I’m about to share with you here, truly warmed my heart and – it’s coming from Jo Malone, one of the world’s most famous fragrance makers.

She said: “ Stamp your personality at whatever you do”.

I thought – Oh Yes! Express who you’re at whatever you do and everywhere you’re.

Authenticity is probably one of the most important values that I’m trying to express daily in my work and life.

I believe that the better you know yourself, your talents, and your likes – the easier is to design the life you truly love. Authenticity is your lottery ticket to fulfilment.

Of course, there are times when demonstrating your authentic-self can feel really hard…Constant peer and family pressure to fit in or working in an environment that isn’t open to diversity or different points of view, are just two of those examples.

Whenever, I feel discomfort and tension in my body for a longer period of time, it’s a signal for me to check myself :

Am I tuning into who I’m, what I want, and what I stand for? This question helps me to get back on my feet and connect to myself.
