The winter season is here and with that – it’s time to give yourself a warm hug while having your introspective time.
Sleep is the main theme for the season and with melatonin level reaching up the roof, there’s no better time in the year than to dream and plan your bright future!
Like you, I’ve been trying to fight with darkness and yawning with an extra cup of coffee, but finally I gave up and instead decided to make the most of this slow time.

Strategy #1: Be grateful for your achievements. Throughout the year, you’ve accomplished a lot and now it’s the time to give yourself a little pat on the shoulder and celebrate like a rock star!
Strategy #2: Evaluate your progress against your purpose. Be honest with yourself and brainstorm new creative ideas to contribute to others with your unique talents and gifts.
Strategy #3: Connect with people you love. Meet with your dear friends & family, be present and listen to them deeply. Send thank you cards to these special ones who have been there for you when you needed them most.
Strategy #4: Let go of any negative emotions you might be holding to. Say bye bye to anger, resentment, and disappointment. Anything you keep inside is eating you up. Forgive and move on.
Strategy #5: Plan your next adventure. Dream big and believe in the beauty of your dreams. Ask yourself: What’s the next adventure that I want to take in my life? Let yourself wonder and think out of the box. No dream is too big, just start with a small first step.
