HOW TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS WITHOUT BURNING-OUT IN 2019

Welcome back in 2019!

 

I hope you had most relaxing and recharging Christmas break and are ready to dive into this new year with an intention to make it your best year yet!

 

It’s quite tempting for hungry and driven talents, like us to want to bring to life ALL of our dreams and plans at once.

 

And if you’ve already made your list of goals for this year, you know what I’m talking about.

 

However, taking on too much is a recipe for overwhelm, under-performance and stress. None of which will lead to the happiness and fulfillment you deserve.

 

That’s why, I want you to get laser focused this year and give your full attention, energy, and dedication to just a few goals, the ones that will create the highest possible results for you, your relationships and your career/business.

 

To do so, take a look at your list of goals for 2019 now and answer these questions for each of them – this will help you to determine which 1-3 big goals to focus on this year. Be clear and specific, choose the goals which make you most excited and motivated.

 

  1. What’s the reward for making this goal happen? – how your life will change?

  2. What’s the reward for other people in your life, your community, and the world?

  3. Who will you have to become in order to accomplish that goal – what new habits, character traits, or skills will you need to develop?

 

 

Make a space in your beautiful mind for what truly matters this year. Get super focused.
