One of the big missing things in businesses and in our lives these days is there’s no space for stillness.
It’s all about go, go, go, go go! Do, do, do, do, do! – And this creates lots of panic, fear, and anxiety.
In Western world we often perceive stillness as something totally intolerable. If we want something like success, growth or results, – it has to happen now. We seek instant gratification in businesses and lives.
But, it’s important to realize that every important project, venture or idea requires from us to take a step back with faith, to let it mature, to give it a time before it’s ready to blossom.
Albert Einstein greatly understood the power of stillness. He said “I think 99 times and I find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me.”
Allow your creative unconscious mind to do the work for you.
Next time, when you think one of these:
“ Why, it’s taking so long?”
“ I don’t know what the hell is going on!”
“ Nothings seems working!”
I want you to try this strategy instead, ask yourself:
- When was the last time when I truly re-centered and sit quietly?
- How can I relax into “not thinking” and “not doing”?
Meditation, yoga, spending time in nature – will open a channel for you and help you connect with your deeper truth.
Trust the process and embrace stillness on your journey.
With love and good energy,
