I’ve got a few questions for you.

How much do you enjoy your current job? Are you using your talents daily? Do you see opportunities for growth in your current organization?

If your responses sound something like these:

“I feel bored at work.”

“I’m not challenged, not learning much.”

“I don’t want to become my boss.”

Then, no worries, you’re not alone. I experienced such career plateau in my past too. In fact, I remember living from weekend to weekend because my work weeks were literally draining my energy.

Despite having a senior role in an international corporation, I felt like I wasn’t learning much, my tasks were repetitive, not to mention I couldn’t picture myself there in a long run. The culture of that organization wasn’t suiting my personal values.

I realized that “this comfort zone” wasn’t comfortable at all, it was only familiar. If this is how you feel right now, I want you to challenge yourself and ask yourself these 3 questions:

#1 What’s the cost of inaction (short and long term)?

#2 What’s the cost of staying where I’m on my health, my potential, and my relationships?

#3 What action can I take to move my life in a right direction?

These questions five years ago completely shifted my mindset and helped me understand that what I’ll lose over time has much more value to me than a corporate paycheck and a car.

Challenge yourself to design your work and life the way it serves you, your values, and your dreams!

You deserve more satisfaction, more joy, and more growth! I have your back.

With love and appreciation,

Lena
