4 Energy Zones: Which One Are You At Right Now?
It’s time to check-in with yourself and your current energy level to make sure you’re on track to fulfil your intentions and goals for this year.
So, how are you doing my dear? How are you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually?
We’ve all been obviously challenged with the global pandemic and thus undergoing various changes in our businesses and lives. It’s not easy, yet it’s happening and we have an opportunity to redirect and invest our energies more purposefully.
The place to start is knowing where you’re at right now.
Years ago, I attended great training called “The Energy Project” and for the purpose of today’s message I’ve decided to borrow their metric to assess your current energy level. I find it really helpful for self-evaluation, energy management, and deciding what we need most in a given moment.
So, let’s dive in.
There are 4 energy zones and the transition happens linearly.
So it’s not possible to jump for instance, from feeling burnout to experiencing high performance (which may often be an expectation) without first going to the renewal zone. It takes time and natural transition to rebalance physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
